Retained by Mark Fenwick to create a new restaurant for shoppers at the flagship store on Bond St. A Private View devised a concept, from scratch, based upon detailed research of the Fenwick shopper and then oversaw the entire process from naming, brand design, architect and operator to cutlery, glassware and launch. A complete service – which included working closely with the chosen operators Rhubarb – resulting in a restaurant that has received universal acclaim, critical success and, most importantly, contributed to increased sales throughout this landmark London department store.

Retained by Searcy to advise on the interior design and menu. APV persuaded the client to appoint a new designer resulting in the creation of one of the most compelling, and elegant, restaurant interiors in London. APV also devised the menu and worked with the chef to ensure the dishes were of exceptional standard.
